Table vs. Classroom Style
When you plan an event, the seating style should be determined fairly early to make sure that there is enough space in the room to hold everyone, and how many tables and chairs are necessary to comfortably seat everyone. Different seating styles will promote a different atmosphere in a room. For a banquet or a meet-and-greet event, you may want round tables with 6-10 chairs around each one, while for a medical convention; a classroom-style setting with forward-facing rows of tables and chairs would work best for you. In a sales meeting, you may want to place a few tables and chairs for each group, and in a general session, you may not want any tables at all, just chairs. The possibilities are just about endless, but one is going to be perfect for your event, and we want to help you find out what it is.
