Table vs. Classroom Style
There are many ways to lay out the tables and chairs in a room. Each has advantages and disadvantages. Each encourages a different type of atmosphere. If you are having a banquet dinner you will need to have round tables with 6-10 chairs around each one. If you are having a medical convention it would be more appropriate to have rows of tables with chairs all facing the front. If you are having a sales meeting you may choose to be more informal and have flip charts with a few chairs and a table for each group. If you are having a general session you probably want to have rows of chairs all facing the front with no tables. The table and chair configuration you choose for your room will determine how many attendees you can comfortably seat. We can help you to make educated choices when it comes to this decision.
