    Producer, Show Coordinator, Audio Director, Video Director, Creative Director, Technicians, Artisans & Carpenters

    At Royal Productions, each person is hand-picked for their specific skill, from our first in command, right down to our last team member.  Their sole focus is to make your event run as smoothly and efficiently as possible to ensure its success.  It is of the utmost importance to have the "right person for the right job".  Enough stress comes with a show, worrying about whether or not everything will go right without being under-staffed in a pinch. Planning ahead to staff our shows with top-notch personnel ensures that this won’t happen.  We have learned from experience that when a show is "live", there is no turning back, and that we must always be prepared for every situation. When creating your show budget, bear in mind that staff from Royal Productions will make your event the best it can be.

     

    SHOW PRODUCER:  The Show Producer is a valuable asset to any show. They are like "glue" that holds everything together.  This person has a working knowledge of the crew, client, as well as all every aspect of your show.

    SHOW COORDINATOR:  The Show Coordinator is crucial as he/she is dealing directly with all the day-to-day, minute-by-minute crises that arise in any show. All shows will have their issues, and we are prepared for that, but this person is trained to foresee and deal with crises before they become show-stopping issues.

     AUDIO DIRECTOR:  The Audio Director is in charge of the sound technology in each room. This person oversees potential sound problems and has an intimate knowledge of everything involved in the sound system at your event, how the system works, how it doesn’t work, and how to make sure that it will be reliable and high-quality every time.

     VIDEO DIRECTOR:  The video director knows the way that your show is supposed to flow. S/he is acquainted with video rolls and cues within the show, recording requirements, recording and live streaming camera positions, necessary PowerPoint information, the routing of all the video wiring, etc...

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR: The Creative Director pays close attention to every detail in the set, the lighting, and the overall "feel" of the event. This person is looking at all the things through your attendees "eyes", so to speak. 


    Technicians, artisans, carpenters, and stagehands assist these necessary personnel do all the things that matter so much. You can be assured that the entire Royal Productions crew will work efficiently to make sure every last detail is prepared for a successful event.
