Each person is hand-picked for their specific skill. They set to make your event run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. It is of utmost importance to have the "right person for the right job". A show has enough stress of its own without being under-staffed in a pinch. Planning ahead with staff our shows so that this won’t happen. When a show is "live", there is no turning back. A on-site SHOW PRODUCER is familiar with the crew, client, as well as all aspects of the show. There is tremendous value in this person because they are the "glue" that holds everything together.
A SHOW COORDINATOR is crucial as they are dealing directly with all the day-to-day, minute-by-minute crises that arise in any show.
An AUDIO DIRECTOR is in charge of sound in each room. This person oversees potential problems and has an intimate knowledge of everything involved in the sound system in your event.
A VIDEO DIRECTOR knows the show's flow, the necessary PowerPoints, the video rolls, the recording requirements, the camera positions, the routing of all the video wiring, etc...
The CREATIVE DIRECTOR pays close attention to all details in the set, the lighting, and the overall "feel" of the event. This person is looking at all the things through your attendees "eyes", so to speak.
